AUDITORIUM RENOVATION PROJECT

 

 

What will it cost?

 

As of March 13th, our latest estimate from Carlos Padrigan: Planner Estimator for Electronics sets the renovation figure at $34,382 not including lighting.

 

The cost to our school will be mitigated by what method we choose to have the work accomplished. Here are the options:

 

· Do we have the District do the work from beginning to end? (less expensive but by far the slowest course).

· Do we have District approved contractors do the work with the District providing final inspection? (appx. 10% additional cost, but work is accomplished on a much faster timeline and is warranted by District)

· Do we have our own contractors do the work with the District providing final inspection? (possibly the least expensive and fastest option but will not be warranted by the District)
