The 4th annual Taste of North PB was again HUGE success with over 600 tickets sold and a festive atmosphere! This joint fundraiser benefited PB Elementary as well as PB Middle School and Mission Bay High School. The restaurants generously donated all of the food for the evening and had an opportunity to expose new and existing customers from our burgeoning local community to their excellent offerings. Our families and students had a chance to support their local public schools AND sample incedible food from dining establishments they might not normally frequent.

As Pacific Beach continues to growth and flourish with new families and revitalized business districts, it is so important to foster this incredibly productive atmosphere of community between the various organizations that care about fostering our children's development and supporting successful families.

Isn't it true how fortunate we are to have such excellent dining choices right in our own backyard, walking distance from our homes.

This is a joint fundraiser sponsored by FOPBE and Friends of Pacific Beach Secondary Schools (FOPBSS), benefiting PB Elementary schools, PB Middle School and Mission Bay High School. Taste of North PB runs every year in the later winter. If you participated last year, you know what an awesome event this was. For newcomers who are interested in participating next year, this is a chance to visit local eateries, taste their delicious samples and spend the evening with family, friends, neighbors, teachers and school administrators. Even though we continue to increase the number of tickets we sell, we continue to grow the exposure to the event and sell-out every year.
