School Expectations
 
Mt. Everest Academy may be an appropriate education program for the following:
 
  1. Students in grades K - 12.
  2. Parents who can provide their K - 8  child with at least 4 hours of supervised instruction daily.
  3. Students who can work well individually and/or with one-to-one instruction.
  4. Students and parents with enthusiasm for learning and studying at home.
  5. K - 8 parents who will create and implement weekly lessons based on teacher assignment.
  6. K - 8 parents who feel confident teaching in all subject areas and who will maintain a weekly activity log.
  7. Families who have a cooperative and supportive relationship.
  8. Parents and students who will benefit from independent study.
  9. Families who will use Mt. Everest Academy and the community as their school.
