Reading Log

• Each student is required to read a minimum of four days   at home per week; on each of the those days, the student must read a minimum of 20 minutes.

• The student should do the reading.

• The student writes a minimum of one sentence in the "summary" section. This can be a prediction or an evaluative sentence. It can be a statement reflecting an inference the student has made.

• Parents sign the form after the total minutes is indicated.

• The form is due on the date indicated at the top of the form.
