DPMS Web Store Login Instructions



We are very excited to introduce our upgraded WEB STORE for De Portola Middle School.  The enhanced online student store allows you and your children to easily purchase P.E. clothes, yearbooks, etc. securely via the Internet.  If you created an account for the Web Store prior to the upgrade, your account did not migrate and you will need to create it again.

Steps for Parents:

  1. Go to http://www.sandi.net/deportola/0root0pages0/index.asp
  2. Click the "De Portola Online Store" link on our homepage.
  3. Once at the store, you will create a secure account by clicking the button “Set Up”
  4. Complete the required fields and create a new username and password.
  5. Assign your children to your account by clicking on the “Add A Student” link.
  6. Enter in their student ID number (found on their Student ID Card) and their password and click Update.

Steps for Students:

(NOTE: YOUR ACCOUNT IS ALREADY CREATED! FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO LOG IN, UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND START SHOPPING):

  1. Go to http://www.sandi.net/deportola/0root0pages0/index.asp
  2. Click the "De Portola Online Store" link on our homepage
  3. Log in with your student ID number and your default password, which is your first initial and last name (no spaces… for example, John Smith would be jsmith)
  4. Once logged in, update your account by entering your email address and customizing your personal password.

To login, first enter the Student ID number or Customer ID number. If you are reading the student number from the ID card and it has leading zeros, do not include the zeros. For example, if your student number is 0001234, just type in 1234. The initial password is set to student’s first initial plus last name. For example, the password for Susie Smith would be ssmith. 

If you do not have a student at this school, please read the section titled "General Public Sales".


When you login as student for the first time, we recommend that you change your password. 

After you make your purchase online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.  To pick up merchandise, bring this e-mail confirmation to the DePortola Front Office. 


General Public Sales:


We are pleased to offer alumni and the general public the ability to make donations and purchases online:

  1. You can set up an account for yourself and then make purchases. To do this, click “Set up” on the Login section.
  2. On the next page, enter your Billing Information and create a username and password. Click on “Create Account.”
  3. You will receive a message saying your account was added successfully. That’s it!
